Primary school places deadline
Those that have responsibility for a child born between 1 September 2020 and 31 August 2021 have until Wednesday 15 January 2025 to make an application for a school place from September 2025 onwards.

Cost of Living
There are lots of community groups and organisations that can offer help with the cost of living. You can find lots of practical help with eating well, keeping well and staying warm this winter. If you are struggling, remember you are not alone, this is a very difficult time for many of us.

Street angels
During the festive period, look out for the City of Hull Street Angels who patrol the city centre every Friday and Saturday evening, wearing distinctive red jackets. They provide help and support to those in need, working closely with organisations, such as - Door Staff, Emergency Services and us.
