There are lots of community groups and organisations that can offer help with the cost of living. Many of these provide their help for free or very low cost.

Below you can find lots of practical help to help you with eating well, keeping well and staying warm this winter. If you are struggling, remember you are not alone, this is a very difficult time for many of us. There are lots of places who can offer support, especially if you are feeling low.
People who live, work or study in Hull have until the 21 June 2024 to share your thoughts on what can be improved and how we can work together to reduce mental ill health in our city. Help for Households
The Help for Households campaign brings together over 40 support schemes that you may be able to access depending on eligibility. There are also online tools for you to check the support you might be eligible for and how to access it.
