Course Information
  • to give individuals who are working and caring for children and young people with specific learning difficulties an opportunity to consider impact on learning and living, and how to support these children best
  • have a better understanding of what specific learning difficulties are
  • have a better understanding of the different types of specific learning difficulties
  • have a better understanding of some of the causes of specific learning difficulties
  • be able to better recognise the signs and symptoms of special learning difficulties
  • have a better understanding of how to support children and young people with specific learning difficulties
  • know where to go for extra resources or support around working with children with specific learning difficulties
Course length 4.5 hours
