Course Information	to understand tools and techniques that can be utilised when problem-solving and decision-making, which will improve these skills within your daily activities whilst at work understand how to identify a problem and what tools and techniques are available to problem-solve identify when a decision needs to be made and the best tool to use to make an effective decision
Course length	2 hours
Target group	Any employee that needs to regularly solve problems and make decisions and needs to improve their technique or learn new tools that will improve their skills.
