Hate crime - Learning and Development courses

This course will provide you with a basic understanding of hate crime and an increased understanding of how to respond and report it.

By the end of the e-learning package learners will be able to -

• identify what a hate crime or incident is
• have knowledge of the effects of hate crime on the victim and why it is different to other crimes
• understand the 'monitored' strands of inequality associated with hate crime
• understand the law and how to report an incident
• hate crime figures in our area and underreporting
