By the end of the course, you will have an increased awareness of the issues and risks relating to children and young people online, and how to safeguard them.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to -

• identify benefits and risks to children and young people in using current and emerging online technologies
• identify how to promote and improve safe online access
• recognise their responsibilities in relation to online safety for children and young people

This awareness raising course is aimed at -

• anyone who works with children and young people
• anyone who comes into contact with children and young people as part of their role
