This course will increase your knowledge of safeguarding issues in Hull.

By the end of this course, you will -

• understand your role in safeguarding children, young people, and adults who are at risk of or experiencing harm
• recognise the signs and symptoms of abuse, neglect, exploitation, and trafficking
• know what to do if you suspect abuse
• be able to handle disclosures safely
• explain who to contact if you are worried
