In this course, we are going to provide you with a practical framework with which to manage key relationships within your workplace – whether it is between individual employees, teams, or larger groups.

We will look at ways in which you can -

• resolve instances of conflict quickly and effectively
• manage the impact of ongoing conflict, so as to minimise the effect on the business
• put in place some practices that can help to prevent future conflict
