This training program aims to provide medication training for in-house trainers who provide medication training for home care providers, following the guidance of the Universal Medication policy. It will cover all the medication training and how to deliver training effectively. This will allow the trainers to refresh their medication training and be provided with all the resources for their in-house training. |
