If you see someone raiding any bins containing waste, or see someone fly-tipping and can help identify those responsible, report this using the form below.
Information we ask you to provide on this form will be used to help us identify and locate the person responsible. It will be used for enforcement action.

- CCTV footage
about what you are reporting to us, keep this safe. You will be asked to provide this once you have completed this form.
Report fly-tipping or dumped rubbish
Penalties
If we have evidence to identify and locate persons responsible for bin raiding, this may result in -
- prosecution and if convicted a fine of up to £1,000
- recovery of clean up costs
If we have evidence to identify and locate persons responsible for fly-tipping, it might result in one or more of these actions -
- £400 fixed penalty
- seizure of any vehicle involved with fly-tipping
- prosecution and if convicted an unlimited fine, imprisonment, or both
- recovery of clean up costs
