What happens next
Once your application has been fully completed, it can be processed. Once we have processed your application form, we will notify you by email or post of -
- your reference number - also called your bidding number
- the level of priority you have been awarded and why
- your household type
You must check your notification carefully and contact us if you do not think it is correct. Only when you have received this, you can start bidding.

Additional proofs
If you have been asked to supply any more documents or proofs to us, you can scan the document to us by taking a picture of the document and uploading it. Documents can only be sent in JPEG or PNG.
