You can report a missed bin collection online if it is -
- after 4pm on your collection day
- within 5 working days of the original collection day
Missed bin collections are collected within 5 working days of your request. Mondays are not included in those 5 working days.
Be aware that any side waste will not be collected for -
- black bins
- brown bins
If you have additional waste that will not fit into your bins, you can use our household waste recycling centres. Additional blue bin recycling side waste must be secured in clear bags and left by the side of your bin.
