Once you have submitted your request, we will respond to arrange collection within 5 working days.
Collection point
The collection crew will contact you before collection to confirm where the boxes will be. For example behind the bin, left on the doorstep.
For any subsequent approved sharps collections, the sharps box should be secured and ready for collection within the boundary of the property.
