Selling your property back to us
After the 10 year covenant has expired (on the 10 anniversary date of the original purchase), you are free to sell your property as you wish.
Due to the increasing housing shortage affecting all housing providers nationally, local authorities are interested in re-purchasing family homes back that were originally sold by the Right to Buy Government scheme.
