New Housing
Woodcock Street
155 homes have been built at St Andrew's Square, Woodcock Street to provide a mix of private homes and social rent through Places for People. The £12 million scheme was the first of our partnership with Keepmoat homes to regenerate the area.
Amy Johnson
148 new mixed tenure homes have been completed as Phase 1, and another 491 including 17 2 and 3 bed council homes completed 2022.

Riley College site
348 homes have been built at the site of the former Riley College between Alliance Avenue and Roslyn Road.
Hawthorn Avenue East
241 new homes are being built on Hawthorn East.
106 new homes for affordable rent have been completed.
40 2-bedroom bungalows for Pickering and Ferens and 46 houses for Places for People have also been built around the Extra Care apartments that have been completed.
These new homes have a range of environmentally friendly features designed to cut fuel bills and reduce pollution, including -

All of the properties are being built using sustainable timber and meet the EcoHomes rating of very good.
