We will compensate you in some cases if the work we have done has damaged the decoration in your home or caused a major disturbance. If we have damaged decoration, payment is only made for the areas affected by the work. The payment is to help towards the cost of redecorating, not to cover the full cost of redecoration.

A cheque will be posted to you between 6 and 8 weeks after the repair order has been closed. You do not need to claim the allowance. Sometimes there are delays between work being done and the work order being closed.
