In the following cases an inspection may be carried out by a Housing Investment Service Project Surveyor –
- large scale structural works
- fire damage
- referrals from our contractors
The Housing Investment Project Surveyor will attend and diagnose any repairs that may be required. The paperwork is then handed in to Housing Investment Repairs Team who will contact you within 3 working days to make an appointment for the work to start.
If you cannot be contacted, the repairs will still be raised and we will send you a letter with an appointment.
