Our Standards of Service outline our commitment to you across the many different areas of our Neighbourhoods and Housing Service. These standards will provide details on what you can expect from us in some of the key areas of our service.
They will tell you how we will act and how we will work to support customers as efficiently as possible.
We are currently reviewing all our standards to ensure they meet the needs of our tenants and residents, prioritising the standards that you have told us are the most important to you.
