Driven well scheme

Driven well deals with comments or complaints in relation to the Council or KWL vehicles.

We will require the following information when completing the below form –

  • date and time of the incident
  • the location of where the incident took place
  • if this was a Council or KWL vehicle
  • the registration of the vehicle
  • the fleet number of the vehicle
  • the colour of the vehicle

If your vehicle was involved in the incident, we will require your –

  • make and model
  • vehicle colour
  • registration
