Traffic signal defects
All permanent traffic signals within the city boundary are operated and maintained by us. This is except for the following that are maintained by Highways England -
- A63 Hessle Road
- A63 Castle Street
- A63 Roger Millward Way
- A1033 Hedon Road
Defects to temporary traffic signals are not usually our responsibility. If you need to report a defect to a temporary traffic signal, this would need to be passed onto the contractor who is carrying out the works.
You can check the one.network system to find out which contractor this needs to be reported to.
If the one.network system does state that the temporary lights are our responsibility, report this as well as any other faulty traffic signals which are operated and maintained by us. You can do this by using the form below.
