Customer satisfaction
Results of our customer satisfaction review are shared with the school and recorded through -
- a survey once a year
- service review undertaken twice a year
Service delivery
In the delivery of all services we will -
- maintain effective working relationships
- respond to feedback quickly
- inform customers about any changes that affect service delivery
- provide timely updates about changes to policies and processes
- make sure accountability for poorly performing services
