The Corporate Property Strategy has a 7-year vision, taking it through to 2030. Its purpose is to guide the effective and efficient management of a portfolio of assets to achieve key objectives.
The Strategy is built around four guiding principles -

- Communities - Promoting inclusive, safe and resilient communities
- Professional excellence - Delivering asset management in partnership with strong governance
