Missed collections and other collections available
If we fail to collect waste as per the scheduled collection date and it is our fault, we aim to rectify this within 24 hours of notification. To report a missed collection, complete the below form –

Following receipt of an enquiry, the Trade Waste team will contact the customer. This is to confirm the price of removal and arrange for the completion of the agreement and consignment note.

Bank holiday collection dates
Scheduled commercial waste and recycling collection dates will be amended because of bank holidays.
Tell us if your business will be closed on the revised collection date by sending an email to commercial.waste@hullcc.gov.uk.
Bins should be presented from 7am onwards.
