Employ an apprentice
Apprenticeships are good for your business as they -
- have been designed to meet your needs
- can be more cost effective than recruiting skilled staff
- lead to lower overall training and recruitment costs.
Setting up an apprenticeship is easier than you think. We'll discuss your requirements and guide you through the process. We will support you and your apprentice all the way.
If you would like to employ an apprentice, you may be eligible for a financial incentive to assist you in recruiting an apprentice. The grant is aimed at encouraging eligible employers to offer young people aged 16 to 24 years old employment through the apprenticeship programme.
Visit the Hull Training and Adult Education website for more details of employer grants. You can also request course guides or a call-back from the team to discuss any opportunities.
