Hull Bus Alliance
The Hull Bus Alliance is a partnership between Hull City Council, Stagecoach East Midlands and East Yorkshire Buses.
The partnership aims to improve bus services so that residents and visitors have access to reliable and affordable transport.
Enhanced Partnership Plan and Scheme for Buses in Hull
In 2019, the Government set out how it would deliver a better deal for bus users by publishing a national bus strategy.
The strategy set out how changes to the way services are planned and delivered would improve bus services.
This included local transport authorities and bus operators forming an enhanced partnership or arrangement.
The Hull Bus Alliance preferred an enhanced partnership and has produced an enhanced partnership plan and scheme.
The plan outlines how the objectives of the bus service improvement plan (BSIP) will be delivered.
The scheme sets out details of how the BSIP’s vision and objectives will be achieved.
