We offer support, information and advice to young people aged 16 to 21 who are homeless or threatened with homelessness.
Eligibility for the service
The following groups are eligible for the service -
- young people aged 16 or 17
- Looked After Children and Care leavers aged 16 to 25. Eligibility for those over 21 will need an open allocation to Leaving Care
- out of authority Care Leavers 16 to 21. Advice and information only can be provided

- Housing Options interviews
- allocated support worker
- individualised personalised Housing Plan
- same day homeless crisis support available through walk in duty service
- early intervention to avoid crisis and help make planned moves with families
- family or landlord mediation
- information and advice on legal rights about housing and homelessness
- access to Passport to a Property independent living skills programme
- access to the Shared Tenancy and Housing First Schemes
- access to emergency accommodation
- access to advocacy support
- access and support to wider young people’s services
