Concern for children
Our children and young people’s service provides a wide range of services for children in need and their families. We help and support families in many different circumstances. These include -
- families who are having difficulties with their children
- children in trouble with the law
- children with disabilities
- children who need protection from abuse
You can ask a solicitor to negotiate with your partner for you. This can be either directly or through your partner's solicitor. Your solicitor may still suggest that you try mediation to settle a particular issue between you. The internet and your local telephone book will have a list of solicitors you could approach.
