Property information
We provide basic property information. Where possible we have a photograph of the property available for bidding. We do not give the exact address. This is because the property may still have a tenant living in it or have works being carried out to it. You must not ask the tenant, their neighbours, or any operatives who may be at the property if you can look around the property. You will be invited to view the property if you are the successful bidder.
Eligibility criteria
These are the rules we have about who we consider for different property types. We do not consider bids you make for properties you are not eligible for, so bid carefully. Lettings feedback gives details of successful bids for council housing.
