Collection point
Items must be -
- within the boundary of your property
- driveway
- side of house
- in the garden that is closest to the roadside, excluding ten foots
- some properties are back to front so if your back garden is the one closest to the road items must be placed here
- items must be accessible from 7am on the scheduled appointment day
If we cannot access the items, we will leave a customer response card.
We do not collect items from tenfoots.

Before your collection
- all items must be covered over to prevent them becoming wet and heavy
- all items must be placed together and easily identifiable
- carpets and flooring - must be secured in rolls or small bundles
- fridges and freezers - must be empty of all foods
- glass - any glass items should be wrapped or taped before collection
