It is important that everyone has access to the housing they need. We hope that Fixed Term Tenancies will help us to help more families. Other measures will also be in place to help.
The purpose of these public consultations is to find out -
- if you agree with the introduction of fixed term tenancies
- how long should the fixed term be
- when should a fixed term tenancy not be renewed
- what support should we provide
We welcome your input and opinions. The survey results will be used to help make a decision about the introduction of Fixed Term Tenancies on our larger properties.
All responses will remain anonymous, and none of the answers can be tied back to you. If you have specific concerns or would like to discuss any matter further, leave your contact details at the end of the consultation. This will allow us to address your concerns or engage in further discussions if required. Providing your contact details is optional. They will not be linked to your anonymous feedback.
