The premise of a PEP is to form a foundation of a young person's personal, academic and career ambitions, and what we can do as advocates to help them achieve the best possible outcomes.
PEPs in Hull are reviewed on a termly basis and are split in five parts -
- the Young Person and their views on learning
- Social Care's information and views
- the Designated Teacher's information and views
- the Virtual School's information and views
- Final Feedback, outcomes and actions from the meeting
The Hull Virtual School facilitate all PEPs using the Electronic Personal Education Plan website - better known as ePEP, which has been commissioned by the local authority since 2012.
