Street trading consent
If you provide any chargeable service or are selling products in the open air, including on private land where the public have direct access without payment, street trading consent is required.
Examples include -
- hot food
- fruit and vegetables
- ice cream
- confectionery
The council is consulting on proposals to extend the city centre approved areas for street trading. The relevant document shows the proposed areas.
