Application process
Once you have submitted a valid application and paid your administration fee, a 14-day consultation period will begin.
We will tell you whether your application is refused or approved. This may take up to 4 weeks.
DBS
From 1 April 2022, successful applicants, at their own expense, are required to apply for a basic DBS disclosure check. Any relevant convictions may raise concerns over the applicant’s suitability of holding consent. This does not apply to assistants or employees.
Consent fees
If your application is approved, the fees are -
- £1890 - £472.50 per quarter - for hot food to be served during the day or night
- £890.40 - £222.60 per quarter - for all other types of street trading
