You can appeal your bus lane penalty charge if you think it has been issued incorrectly. Your notice must have been served less than 28-days ago.
You can review the event photographs or footage to help you decide whether to appeal.
If you pay the bus lane penalty charge, the case is closed and any challenge against it will not be considered.
