Retention period

We include the Supported Accommodation Review Team and Housing Benefit service. We keep the information for 6 years. This is following the end of the claim. It is necessary if we need to provide evidence to Tribunals.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to -

• the information held to be corrected, where the law permits. You can need us to restrict the processing of your personal information
