myHousing app

Using the myHousing app gives you quick and easy access to the services you need most. It doesn't matter what time or day you need our help. The myHousing app provides you with 24-hour customer service and care.

You can now do these things yourself online -

  • book a repair
  • bid for homes
  • make payments
  • track your rent account

and much more.

To register you will need -

  • application bidding reference or payment reference. You will only need one, not both
  • date of birth
  • email address
  • full name
  • mobile number

To get registered -

  • Open up the myHousing portal (opens in new window)
  • select register
  • enter your name, email and password. Your password must contain 10 characters. These include both lower and upper case, a number and a symbol
  • open your emails to verify your email address
  • select the link on the email to verify your details
  • you will enter your title, name and phone number
  • you will then receive a 4-digit text message which you need to type into your phone
  • your phone number is now verified, providing extra security
  • you will connect your account using your payment reference or application reference
  • if you are a Homesearch customer, provide your application bidding reference. Select 'application reference' as the reference type. If you are a tenant, use your payment reference. Select ‘payment reference’ as the reference type
  • enter your date of birth and complete your registration

You will now be registered.

If you have registered but not linked your old account, follow these instructions -

  • open the myHousing app or visit the myHousing portal (opens in new window)
  • sign in using your email and password
  • complete the one-time passcode security check
  • click ‘Yes’ when asked 'Do you have any connections with us? This could be an application, tenancy - including former, payment reference or a person reference'
  • enter your reference
  • if you are a Homesearch customer, provide your application bidding reference. Select 'application reference' as the reference type. If you are a tenant, use your payment reference. Select ‘payment reference’ as the reference type
  • enter your date of birth
  • select ‘Complete registration’
