Clinical waste collection service
If your household produces hygiene waste that exceeds your current black bin capacity, we can provide you with an additional black bin. This will be collected alongside your normal general waste collection.
We ask resident to double bag any hygiene waste before placing in the bin.

Alternatively, if large quantities of hygiene waste are produced, a more frequent bagged clinical collection can be arranged. Our service is designed specifically for the collection of hygiene waste only.

What you need to know
If you consider your waste infectious or hazardous, consult your healthcare professional who will advise on the type of collection you need.
If your healthcare professional advises that your waste needs a yellow striped bag collection, contact us using the form below.
If your healthcare professional advises that your waste is not infectious or hazardous, you can use your black bin to dispose of your hygiene waste.
If you no longer need a yellow striped bag collection, it can be cancelled using the form below.
