We want to know what you think about the type of tenancies we offer tenants who move into our properties that have 4 or more bedrooms. We refer to these as larger houses.
These larger houses, for families, are the ones in shortest supply as we do not have as many of them in our stock. Only 4.5% of our properties have 4 or more bedrooms.
We are facing huge demand for family homes. We have many large families who need bigger properties. There are not enough houses to accommodate everyone.
Waiting on the housing register for a larger home can be challenging and frustrating. We know that this is for many applicants who might be living in temporary accommodation. Or if they are in overcrowded homes.
