Discussions with the Planning Committee
Requests for member pre-apps should be made using the form in our downloads section or through our online form. Pre-app meetings are held once a month and limited to a maximum of 4 presentations. We will confirm dates and availability when we have received the form.
The information requested seeks to reflect the type of questions commonly asked. You should include as much information as possible to help Members to understand the proposal.
Plans and drawings will also be needed to explain the proposal. These should be received at least 14 days before the date of the pre-app. The appropriate fee must be paid by that date. If not received by that time you will not be able to make your presentation on that date.
