Officer Pre-application Advice
This can be either by a meeting or through submission of information by post or email. A written response will be provided in both cases.
Officers can provide advice on all types of proposal. Requests should be made using the form in our downloads. They should be accompanied by the relevant fee and plans to understand the proposal.
As a minimum, this should include a location plan showing the site boundaries, and a proposed site layout plan.
Once an application has been received and we are satisfied there is enough information to understand the proposal, we will seek to provide a response within 28 days. If your proposal is more complex, this could be longer. This is to enable us to consult and engage with relevant parties.
